You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious content.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any access you grant to collaborators, cleaners, vendors, or other shared users.
You are also responsible for the accuracy of the calendar sources, listing data, and contact details you provide to the service.
Shared calendars and task links
If you create shared calendar links, task-report links, or other externally accessible resources, you are responsible for distributing them appropriately.
PIN-protected and public links should be treated as operational access tools. Anyone with an active link may be able to view or submit the information that link allows.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.
We aim to operate the service reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect synchronization with third-party booking platforms, or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bnbnotify is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost bookings, lost revenue, or operational disruptions arising from use of the service.
