We may store task-report uploads, shared-calendar PIN attempts, security events, rate-limit events, and application logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
We also retain administrative and scheduling metadata needed for reminders, sync jobs, imports, exports, and backups.

We use your data to sync booking calendars, generate notifications and reminders, provide shared calendar and task-report links, administer accounts, and maintain platform security.

Database backups may contain account, listing, calendar, event, task, and notification data as part of ordinary disaster-recovery operations.
